Dunkin Donuts Hash Browns Recipe
- Prep the Potatoes:
- Peel and grate the russet potatoes.
- Please put them in a dish towel or cheesecloth and squeeze out the moisture. The drier, the crispier!
- Mix the Ingredients:
- In a bowl, mix grated potatoes, flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika (optional).
- Stir until everything is well combined.
- Form the Hash Browns:
- Take small portions of the mix and shape them into small flat patties (about 2-3 inches wide).
- You’ll get around 8-10 patties depending on the size.
- Fry the Hash Browns:
- Heat some oil in a pan on medium heat.
- Place the patties into the pan and fry for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden and crispy.
- Don’t overcrowd the pan to keep them crispy.
- Drain and Serve:
- Place the fried hash browns on paper towels to soak up any extra oil.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
